I first heard about the incredible Melissa Foster Cook through one of her coaching clients. After a quick Google search, I realized there were certain synchronicities I couldn’t ignore with this phenomenal woman. She was new to Chicago (me too), running a book club about Martha Beck’s new book (I’m a devoted Martha follower), and getting involved in the organization I serve on the Board of here in Chicago. We simply had to meet. So we did. And after just a few minutes, it felt like I’d been her friend for years. I imagine this is what most people feel when they meet Melissa. She is real, she is funny, she is 100% authentic, and her personality attracts light and beauty.

Melissa is a certified life coach through Martha Beck’s training program, and her coaching is incredible.
