For the first time in my life, though, upon finding some group fitness classes I love – yoga, spinning, etc. – I’m truly enjoying working out.

I was delighted to find (sorry, readers, this one’s just for the Chi-town gals) Vital Juice’s “Skinny Black Book” published a fitness edition this year. In it. you’ll find the best group fitness classes in Chicago with reviews and interesting tidbits about each of the studios and workouts. I know I’m going to head to a few more this summer because of these recommendations!

Read one or read them all, and you’re sure to find healthier ways to live this summer in Chicago!
