Last week, one of Little Pink Book’s e-newsletters struck me as especially interesting and valuable to this community – the title, “Healthy and Wealthy.” LPB tells us:

Studies show there’s a direct link between financial and physical wellbeing. Money issues can affect health immediately (through stress) and in the future, like foregoing doctor check-ups to save money.

It’s a situation of “Which comes first? The chicken or the egg?” In general, it’s a vicious cycle. If you’re not taking care of your financial fitness, it will pour over into your physical fitness. And I would be willing to wager it’s similar in the reverse as well.

What do you think? Does your financial well being affect your health and wellness? How?
