Have you ever wondered what recruiters really look at when they’re reviewing your resume? Well, look no further. Business Insider has given us an innovative and exciting new look at the behavior of recruiters – an actual heat map of of their eye movement. What are recruiters looking at? Business Insider tells us, “In the short time that they spend with your resume, the study showed recruiters will look at your name, current title and company, current position start and end dates, previous title and company, previous position start and end dates, and education.”
