29 Ways to Stay Creative [INFOGRAPHIC]

As a student in my first semester of graduate school, I have a hard time balancing internships with school, never mind my almost nonexistent social life. When the stress of assignments and deadlines becomes too much, I take a step back to remind myself I do not have to exhaust myself trying to do everything all at once.

As women in the 21st century, we feel pressure to be the best at everything, which is not exactly a healthy standard. If I do not take the time to do things I enjoy, whether it is going to a concert or simply watching a movie, I lose sight of my goals and let stress overwhelm me.
