Intrigued…but Scared

I recently saw the below workout on another blogger’s page. At first glance, it doesn’t look so hard. But when you really think about it, this doesn’t exactly sound like fun. After some research, I’m finding a lot of bloggers who swear by this routine, but also swear it’s the hardest thing you’ll ever do. So I’m posting it here…as motivation for myself to give it a shot during tomorrow’s workout.

Would it be strange to go to Millennium Park and do this one? Maybe, but it’d definitely be motivating to do the workout and then run by the lake for the 10 minute run. Hmmm. We’ll see. Either way, I’ll let you know how it goes.
