Makeup: Beautifies and….Successifies?

We all know makeup can beautify, but did you know if can also…..successify? Wait. Is that a word? Well, if it’s not, let me explain. The New York Times, citing the work of a clinical psychology professor from Harvard University claims that makeup, when worn modestly and appropriately, not only makes a woman more attractive, but increases her trustworthiness and competence in a business setting.

So, the next time you complain about not getting that raise or promotion, ask yourself this, “Did you put on blush this morning?”
