Millennials Mean Business
Who wouldn’t want to get behind this mission – Learn. Improve. Excel. Isn’t that what we all want for our careers? Constant learning, daily improvement, and an overall drive to excel in our work. I was delighted to become a partner with the company behind this fantastic mission, JB Training Solutions. Based in Chicago, JB Training Solutions is an amazing resource for employee training, professional development services, and more. My favorite program JB Training Solutions offers is a new initiative for them, Millennials Mean Business. JB Training Solutions strives to be the great defenders of millennials.
In today’s business world, millennials often get a bad rap. But Millennials Mean Business recognizes this next generation as the leaders who will step into our boss and our boss’ boss’ shoes and take on the leadership of all sectors and initiatives. And what I love about this program is that it doesn’t just focus on millennials. Millennials Mean Business offers training and resources for millennials, but it also bridges the gap for those who are managing millennials and businesses that want to harness their skill set to build business and prepare for the future.
A few things you can do today to get involved with this fantastic initiative and keep up on what’s going on with those 20-somethings in your office:
