A few weeks ago, I reported on the ‘it’ color of the year (it’s radiant orchid) and watched as pink, orchid, fuchsia, and blush spilled onto eyes, cheeks, and lips. Now I turn my attention to the warmer tones of spring since the sun finally made a debut! And, let’s face it, not everyone ‘thinks pink’. We went into the Expert on Time product archives and found some our favorite peaches, nudes, and golds.

Warm up your look with these choices:

EYES

Try warming up the eye with a champagne and burnished bronze shadow duo. Soft and glowy without the dreaded frosted-eye look. We love Nars Eyeshadow Duo in Key Largo.

In the mood for something a bit edgier? Then try MAC’s Paint Pot in Rubenesque all over the eye and layer Maybelline’s Color Tattoo Shadow in Bad to the Bronze on the lid.

CHEEKS

NOTHING beats Nars Orgasm Blush (or Multiple, or Illuminator) and Nars Laguna Bronzer. Both warm up the skin without giving it a sallow look.

On a budget? Then use Wet and Wild’s Fergie CenterStage Shimmer Palette in Rose Golden Tones as your bronzer.

LIPS

You don’t need to wear a bright orange lip to be on trend this season. Try Yves St.Laurent’s Glossy Satin in #7 Corail Aquatique. It’s a a perfectly wearable peachy/ pinky lip shade in a formula that crushes other long wear glosses.

Want to add a punch of color? We love Lancome’s Juicy Tube in Bolole. It’s a spring go-to. Wear it alone or layer it over your favorite nude lip to jazz up your look.
