I’ve spoken to you all before about my struggle with sleep. Lately, I’ve been heeding the advice of experts like Arianna Huffington and the like who are advising that sleep deprivation can be just as dangerous to your health as many other ailments. That’s why we’re sharing this infographic with you this Friday from Health Central about the effects of sleep deprivation on your body and your health. Perhaps it will inspire us all to get more sleep this weekend.
