Sparkle in Sequins
Left to Right:  1)  Sweater – Stella McCartney, Collar – Ann Taylor, Skirt – River Island, Bag – Zara, Shoes – Gianvito Rossi 2) Tuxedo Jacket – J.Crew, Sequin Pants – Jason Wu, Clutch – Alexander McQueen, Shoes – Zara 3)  Tank – Zoe Jordan, Jeans – Abercrombie, Booties – Alexander McQueen

‘Tis the season to add some sparkle to your wardrobe!  From those holiday luncheons, company dinners, gift exchanges with friends and New Year’s celebrations it is that time to whip out those shiny numbers buried in your closet and have some fun.  The key is to not overdo it, otherwise you will look like you belong on a Christmas tree.  Less is definitely more!  Here are three inspirational outfits that work from now until you ring in the new year!
1)  Holiday Luncheon – this feminine and classic silhouette is well suited for any work related function or holiday luncheon with friends.  The sequin skirt paired with a soft sweater is a simple combination but you can add a pretty collar or even a long necklace to polish off the look.
2)  Black Tie – sequin pants you might say?  Why yes!  Its it great paired with a classic black and white tuxedo jacket or even a black blazer with a white camisole.  Keep the accessories and shoes simple as the pants are the centerpiece.
3)  House Party – for those white elephant parties with friends or if you are even hosting your own holiday party at home, this sleek outfit is both casual and cool but put-together at the same time.
Happy Holidays Career Girls!
