CGN is no stranger to posts about stress.

As career-driven women, we know that stress sometimes takes over our lives, whether we want it to or not. We all want to “have it all”, and our culture is no help when it comes to portraying women (specifically celebrities) as having it all. Perhaps if we all had a personal chef, personal trainer, tutor, stylist, or nanny, we would in fact be able to have it all. But this is the real world, not Beverly Hills.

This infographic is a great reminder to take care of ourselves, something we should all try to do more of. None of us should have to suffer through the side effects of stress (heart attack, anyone?) so save yourself from the doctor’s bill and remember the facts when it comes to women and stress. We all have a lot on our plate(s), and we should be so proud of what we accomplish on a daily basis. Whenever you’re feeling super stressed from the pressure to have it all, remember these tips and combat stress head on.

After all, if we’re expected to have it all, we might as well have weapons on our side to fight off the repercussions.
