Working on Black Friday? Your Company Doesn’t Understand Vacation Benefits

If you’re one of the Americans working on Black Friday (assuming you don’t work in retail, in which case, you knew what you were getting into!), chances are you’re not super happy with your company today. You eat a huge meal, veg out on your couch, and while your uncle and your brother get to sit in front of the TV all day feeling thankful for yesterday’s meal and their company’s handsome PTO/Vacation/Holiday benefits, you’re slaving away (or Facebooking away more likely) at your desk.

Only 2% of American companies offer unlimited PTO, but those companies see incredible benefits.
