On Tuesday evening, the First Lady of the United States was invited to a private dinner to speak. In the middle of speaking passionately about a cause she strongly advocates for, children and how we need to help them be better, a heckler interrupted her.
Stating herself that “she doesn’t handle situations like that very well,” Mrs. Obama challenged the heckler and stated that she could take the mic and she would leave, or the heckler could stop and she would continue. FLOTUS did finish her speech that night, even with the interruption.
